"Honestly, Shoppers curbside pickup just works"
I’ve used shoppersdrugmart.ca for curbside pickup a few times now, and I’m basically convinced it’s one of the easiest things ever. I ordered online, got the email when it was ready, parked outside, and they brought it out super fast. Like, no drama at all. I also tried in-store pickup once, and the staff found my order right away like they had been waiting for me personally. Nothing complicated, no big issues, just quick, smooth, and definitely saved me time.

"Handy for checking prices before I head out"
I mostly use shoppersdrugmart to check prices and see if something is in stock before I bother going to the store. It’s easy to get around, and the search usually works fine for what I need. I also like browsing the flyer deals online, especially if I’m comparing them with receipts or promo emails I’ve saved. The only thing is that some pages can load a little slowly, and the filters on mobile can be kind of frustrating. Nothing major, but it could definitely be smoother. Overall, it does the job and saves me a bit of time

"Pretty Smooth First Order"
I ordered a foundation and a mascara, everything went well. They arrived quickly and were packed nicely, which I always appreciate because makeup can be a bit risky to ship, right? The prices seemed decent too, so I feel like I got a good deal. I’ll probably order beauty stuff from here again

"Wish I’d Tried Ordering Sooner"
I ordered a few pharmacy and personal care items from Shoppers Drug Mart, i kind of regret not using it earlier. Everything showed up exactly as I picked it, with nothing missing, which was my biggest concern. One of the boxes was a little squished, but the items inside were totally fine. Overall it was easy and stress-free, and I’d definitely use it again.

I ordered from Shoppers Drug Mart and got the confirmation pretty much right away. The status updates was clear enough, so I could tell when it was being packed and when it shipped. Everything showed up as expected and I didn’t run into any issues. Overall, it were a easy experience

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered a few things from Shoppers Drug Mart and it was a easy experience, the delivery showed up when they said it would, everything was packed fine and nothing was damaged, it wasn’t the quickest delivery I’ve ever had but it also wasn’t late or annoying or anything, so I’d probably use them again if I needed stuff and wasn’t in a huge rush.

"Worth it when the deals line up"
I usually shop at Shoppers Drug Mart when there’s a sale or good bonus points offer. Regular prices can be a little much on some things. Not gonna lie. But if you check the flyer first, the deals can actually be solid. The PC Optimum points are a big reason I keep going back, especially for makeup, snacks, and basic pharmacy stuff. It adds up over time. Not always the cheapest place, but when you time it right, it’s good value

"Got In Without a Problem"
I was expecting some kind of weird login drama, because you know how these systems can be when they suddenly decide to act like they’re hiding something. But surprisingly, I got into my account with no issue at all. Smooth enough that it almost made me suspicious, but hey, I’m not complaining.

"Service really depends on who you get"
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but a few others seemed kind of annoyed to be there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just hit or miss depending on who you end up dealing with that day. I also didn’t get any follow-up afterward, which was frustrating and made it feel like they didn’t really care once I left

I don’t know all the behind-the-scenes stuff, but my prescription went through insurance without any issues. The billing was easy to understand, and I just paid whatever was left after coverage. Saved me some time and I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of confusing back and forth.

I’ve filled a few prescriptions here now, i have to give the pharmacy staff credit for making it stress-free. Every order has been accurate, no wrong pills, nothing missing, and pickup has been simple each time. If anything, I blame them for raising my expectations because it’s been a smooth experience overall

The deals are good when you find them, but they’re not always available. I check back sometimes and sometimes there’s something worth grabbing, sometimes not. It’s okay overall, just don’t expect a great deal every single time.

"I don’t know why everyone acts…"
I don’t know why everyone acts like it’s always a nightmare here, because my prescription was ready fast. I only waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes. The staff definitely looked busy, but they still got it handled without making it a big hassle. Pickup was easy too, so it was way better than I expected.
